Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 June 2026

Umbra is a product of Fizz Labs Co. ("we", "us"). Privacy isn't a feature we bolt on — it's the point of the product. This policy explains the little data we touch and the data we deliberately never collect.

The short version

What the website collects

Our marketing site (fizzlabs.ai) uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic (page views, which sections are read, downloads). It is configured with Google Signals and ad personalisation disabled. You can block it with any tracker blocker without affecting the site. We do not sell data or run advertising trackers.

What the app sends

For an auto-renewing subscription, the app may contact our server to refresh your licence token near expiry. The only thing transmitted is your anonymous licence id — no account, no email, no device identifier, and nothing about the contents of either phone.

Payments

Purchases are processed by our payment provider, who acts as Merchant of Record. They handle your card details under their own privacy policy; we never see your full card number. Your card statement shows the provider / Fizz Labs Co., never "Umbra". If you opt to receive an email receipt, that email is held by the payment provider, not linked to your licence by us.

Support

If you email support@fizzlabs.ai, we keep that correspondence only as long as needed to help you, then delete it. The in-page chatbot sends your messages to Google's Gemini API to generate an answer; don't include personal information in it.

Data we never collect

Real name, email (unless you choose to receive a receipt), phone number, location, contacts, the contents of your decoy or hidden phone, or your secret/return/panic codes.

Your rights & contact

Because we hold essentially no personal data tied to you, there is little to access or delete — but for any question, reach us at support@fizzlabs.ai. We'll update this page if our practices change.
